Oota Toshihiko, a first year junior high school student who is troubled by his lack of hair, is a little jealous of Gotou Ayako, a hairy girl in his swimming club. One day, he is stopped by Gotou at the pool after school, and Gotou asks him for an outrageous favor! "Hey, Oota, can you shave my hair?"
