Lying Girlfriend Kagemori-san
Alongside Yuichi Usui, a quiet and unassuming college sophomore, there was one person who stood out from the crowd. She was the “unattainable beauty” rumored to have perfect grades, stunning looks, and an impeccable personality, Aina Kagemori. “She lives in a different world from me,” was what he thought, until one day, Kagemori showed up at the café where Usui worked, dressed in a witch costume and accompanied by an older man. To make matters worse, as they were parting ways, he saw her accept “payment” from the man. Could it be that Kagemori was a rental girlfriend…!? She must have her reasons… Usui resolved to pretend it never happened. But on his way home from work, she unexpectedly approached him. “I’ll be your girlfriend, Usui-kun. Of course, I don’t want any money…” An unconventional “romantic relationship” begins with a proposal that seems too good to be true. As Yuichi gets to know Kagemori’s true self, which is different from the rumors, his heart is shaken in an unexpected direction.
